Thank You: Thank You; Thank You. We are so plaed with our new home. Everything from the construcion to the minor details turned out great. We even had our friend who knows construcion ck things out antechniques over to check things out and he couldn't belive that he was unable to find construcion flaws. He checked everything from the hurricane atrapping and cross members in the attic to the ceramic tile work. We would recommend Majestic to anone. We have been in the house for a couple of weeks now and love it. The quality of our house is top notch and the price was cheap compared to anything in Broward; plus we have all the land!!s so n! Marie was always so nice and she was just another reason we chose you. Everyone at Majestic made each phase of purchase/construction a pleasure.
From picking out the property and house options (Tom was very helpful during this phase) to helping us make our color selections (can be tough when you can't see it; Donna's great!) to the framing and then final walk thru. Patty was very gracious answering all of our many questions during construction and keeping us informed of the progress. Most of our frieds can't belive that Jonh told us what to look for to spot problems during the final walk-thru. With so many people today out to just make a buck it sure is gratifying to know that there are still people who care and provide top quality workmanship at an affordable price. We are glad we put our trust in you. You all so very much.
